Waterfront Penthouse by Leslie Fine Interiors
Spectacular Boston Harbor views inspired the design.
In this full renovation of a waterfront penthouse; each space was made light, bright and open to take full advantage of the spectacular Boston Harbor views. The kitchen wall was removed to allow the natural light in to create a completely open living area and further optimize the expansive view. The ocean and sky beyond gave inspiration for the clean and airy palette in the main living area. The client's love for the color red provided the crisp color scheme for the master bedroom. Two separate, cramped master bathrooms were combined to create one spacious and spa-like retreat. The guest rooms were kept sunny and bright with light fabrics in playful, geometric patterns. To top off this penthouse transformation, an empty roof-top space was given life as a vibrant, show-stopping wine bar, perfect for stylish harbor side entertaining. The property is now a spectacular waterfront sanctuary floating high in the sky.
