Cork floors by Globus Cork
The beauty of a renewable resource
Cork floors have been around for a long time, but only recently have they become appreciated for their green qualities. Cork is a renewable resource — the bark is harvested from the tree every nine years. The tree gets to live. Once installed, the material has thermal, acoustic and insulating properties.
GettingHome Design is also keen on cork floors because of their aesthetic attributes. You can choose from many different tile patterns, and then select an appropriate tile size. They’re available in a variety of colors (water-based solvents only). We recommend you talk with your designer to ensure that these selections will complement the particular design motif of a room.
