PMR Chaise-Longue at Espasso has a sleek, slim elegance.

PMR Chaise-Longue. The chaise was designed in 1985 by Pritzker Prize winner Paulo Mendes da Rocha.  Says the designer, “I thought of the idea of a human body stretched out on this thin flexible sheet, floating over the ground.”  His vision is realized in the slim, sleek design. The chaise invites you to spread out on it and relax. It’s available in steel and black leather, with painted black steel base.

The chaise was the thing that drew us into the showroom. Once inside, we marveled at the clean, clear, crisp open space that’s just right for showing off Brazilian design, both mid-century and current.
